The placement and purchase of an order with First Line Defense® constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. We reserve the right to make changes to this website and the terms and conditions at any time.

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. Neither First Line Defense® nor Code3 Water® shall be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mis-packaging, and/or extended delays for back order items. Neither First Line Defense® nor Code3 Water® shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.


Any order which is canceled from after placement of order , prior to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% (ten percent). 


First Line Defense® accepts all major credit cards, checks, money orders, PayPal and certified checks payable to . Bank transfers also accepted . All checks will be subject to a minimum of (14) fourteen-business day waiting period to clear with our bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. To eliminate this delay, please send a money order, cashier's check, and certified check or prepay by credit card. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. 


All orders are delivered to your property for installation within (4) weeks of your purchase agreement. In-stock items usually arrive within (1) week after receipt of order. Any item that is On Sale does not qualify for free shipping. First Line Defense® does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected delivery dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed back order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping on unused products that they wish to return.


Due to the nature of wildfire  fire fighting devices we charge a 35% (thirty-five percent) restocking fee. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if they are unused  in their Original condition and packaging within 14 days of the invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact us within this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by way of telephone at (310) 456-7890. An RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging within the 14 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship back unused parts at their cost. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been used, scratched, damaged or modified. If does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. 

***Only new Honda engine pumps without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns.

***If you have added gas or oil to the engine you may not return the engine due to federal shipping regulations and safety reasons.

***If you have already added gas or oil, please contact the manufacturer (Honda) directly for service and warranty.

***All gasoline engine type mill returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.


A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other noncredit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to do not constitute a refund or credit. reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 35% restocking fee.


We are a reseller of Code3 Water® products, manufactured in California. All Code3 Water® pumps, sprinklers and accessories we offer include a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Code3 limited warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, misuse, abuse or faulty use causes the defect. Our limited warranty covers the parts of our systems that SRM manufactures. Limited warranty covers the main structure of our products. Parts that are considered "wear items " are not covered by any limited warranty. The products that we carry that are made by others are covered by their own warranties and must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

We offer a 1yr Limited Installation Warranty on our labor & services, beginning from the date of completion of your installation. We also offer an Extended Installation Warranty when you take advantage of our Maintenance Service Program, which provides you with yearly maintenance to your system as well as a warranty on all labor, services and installation materials, free of additional charge.
